Chicopee Baptist Church loves to make disciples, and we are joyfully pursuing our vision to become a church with ONE HEARTBEAT across every generation. As part of that mission, we are seeking a part‑time Worship Minister to join our team.
Who We’re Looking For:
A growing disciple of Jesus who is passionate about leading God’s people in worship and committed to discipling others. The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate a vibrant walk with Christ
• Lead worship with authenticity, humility, and excellence
• Equip and disciple volunteers
• Foster unity across generations through worship
• Possess the ability to play piano or guitar confidently in a worship‑leading context

Our Worship Style:
Our musical worship is primarily praise and worship, and we also value incorporating hymns that connect our church family across generations. We desire someone who can blend these styles in a way that reflects our heart for unity and discipleship.
