New Work Foundation

Our Vision

The Chattahoochee Baptist Association exists to ensure that a generation from now the influence of the gospel is greater than it has ever been in Northeast Georgia. One way we accomplish this is through starting new churches. We want to equip our churches to be church-planting churches through prayer, partnership, and planting to see the gospel advance in our region.

The Impact

Since 2007, we have seen over 50 new churches organized in Northeast Georgia.
These new churches have seen 4,000 people walk in obedience to Jesus Christ in believer’s baptism.
To date, over $738,000 in grants have been given to new church plants that are Anglo, ethnic, multi-housing, and home cell churches.

Our Process

Identify

We are praying for church planters daily. By the help of our local churches, seminaries, and word of mouth, we identify those called by God to plant.

Train

We offer training through assessment, one-on-one coaching, group residencies, and/or placing our planters in local churches that have a church-planting pipeline.

Send

We look at personality, statistics, and local churches to help determine the best location to plant, and assist however you see fit in the launch of your church!

Support

We offer on-going coaching, brotherhood, and support for all planters. The New Work Foundation exists to help fund church plants. From its beginning, it has given away over $730,000 to our church plants.

Multiply

We help you launch with a multiplication strategy, like a church planter pipeline, with the goal of your church planting a church in the first five years.

Why Plant with Us?

A Proven Track Record

Since our founding in 2007, our network has planted 50 churches. Those churches now collectively average over 4,700 in weekly worship and have produced over 4,000 baptisms.

A Church Planting Vision

Our vision is to plant dozens of churches in our region of all styles, methods, and demographics. We are looking to invest in leaders with vision, integrity and humility.

A Comprehensive Strategy

We offer a one-stop shop for church planters, in cooperation with local churches and denominational entities to offer assessment, equipping, community, coaching, and resources. This process can assist those who have yet to plant and support those who have already launched a new work.
Residency Network

Is God Calling You to Plant a Church?

That’s the question you just can’t seem to shake. Church planting is something you feel led to explore, but where do you begin? That’s where a Residency Network can be an invaluable help.

We want to help you succeed, whether you plant a church or not. A Residency Network will allow you to continue to discern God’s calling in your life as you get equipped for the next leg of your ministry journey.
