Leader Development

CBA Invests in Leaders

We believe one of the best ways to help churches is to invest in leaders. Whether they’re staff members or lay leaders… paid or unpaid, these are the people God is using to make a difference in the ministry. When the leader grows, the church is in position to take a step forward.

Fight Clubs

Have you ever attended a conference or seminar, walked away inspired, but then got back to work and never had time to apply what you learned? Ministry is demanding, and it’s easy for great ideas to get lost in the chaos of daily responsibilities.

That’s where Fight Clubs come in. These weekly gatherings of pastors are designed not just for learning, but for action. In a small, committed group, you’ll take practical steps to implement change in your ministry, together. No more leaving valuable insights on the shelf. Fight Clubs help you stay accountable, push through challenges, and see real transformation in your leadership and church.

This isn’t just another meeting, it’s a space for real growth, real application, and real impact. Are you ready to fight for change in your ministry? Join us!
